In creating this unique and affordable way to order made-to-measure products, our first priority is to protect your privacy. We will treat all your personal information as confidential and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your e-mail address to other trusted traders unless you agree.

What personal information do you store about me?

  • If you're just looking at the website, or trying out the Designer, we don't collect any personal information about you.
  • If you want to save a design for access on a different computer, you'll need to create an account with an email address and a password. You will need to enter your full name, address, telephone number and email address in order to create an account.
  • If you want to place an order, we'll need to know your full name, address, telephone number and email address, so that we can deliver the order to you.

How do you protect my credit card information when I order?

Your credit card information is held on your computer only while you get your order ready to send. When you confirm your order, the details are forwarded to the credit card's website in a securely-encrypted format which ensures that no other party can read it. Our security certificate is provided by RapidSSL, a world-renowned and trusted company. We hold a RapidSSL digital certificate for this service. We are PCI compliant, and are regularly screened by SecurityMetrics certificate to ensure ongoing compliance.

The information we hold will be accurate and up-to-date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct these promptly.

The personal information you provide us will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) which we can access when you visit our site in future.

We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits, save designs and remember 'save for later' choices, keep track of advertisements and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

We completely respect the confidentiality of your personal information. It may be disclosed to other trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
