You are the designer of an ordered product that will be manufactured to your measurements (“made-to-measure”). Once payment is received your order will proceed into production as soon as possible. Please take great care when measuring up for your items. Familiarise yourself with the specifications and the terms we use. If you have any doubts please call our support team who will be happy to help.

Purchase of product

Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Internet and processed by MadeToFit Design Ltd.

Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the products. This includes ensuring that the ordered product will fit in and pass freely into your room of choice, and that it can be transported through all doorways and stairs, and determining any other potential delivery complications or issues that could make it impossible to process. An up-to-date mobile telephone number and e-mail address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of your item.

All information we ask for on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. We will not be responsible for a missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or an inappropriate phone number. All additional charges or costs due to delivery complications or missed delivery would be added to your order invoice.

Once an order is placed and payment received, we will send you an email confirmation of your order, which will immediately proceed into production, with parts beginning to be manufactured.

Cancellation & Errors of Order

Once we have received and accepted your order it cannot be cancelled as we start to manufacture your parts almost immediately. This is why it is essential that you check it carefully.

MadeToFit is only liable for damage occurring in the manufacture or delivery of the order. If we make a mistake we will replace items free of charge. However, in the event that you have any changes to be made to the order contract, this needs to be approved by MadeToFit before any confirmation. We would then advise you if this can be done and what the changes would be, as well as possible additional costs.


All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and are payable in pounds sterling (£), plus any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are included in the purchase price. Prices quoted on our website are valid for 60 days. If items are ordered after this period they will need to be re-calculated at the time of order. From time to time, as we update our raw material costs, our selling prices may change. All prices on this website supersede all previous publications.


All orders are payable only by credit/debit card as listed on the payment page. Online card authorisation is performed automatically when the customer confirms the order. Payment will be due on the date of the order, and your debit or credit card will be charged for the whole amount when the order is created. MadeToFit will use one of the most secure payment systems on the Internet, SagePay, in order to protect all significant data related to payment. You can also call us to confirm your credit/debit card details, though this might delay the progress of the order. Please note that your order will not be progressed until payment is made.
