We deliver our products from our factory in Europe to anywhere in the UK.
Delivery costs are included in the price though there may be additional charges for delivery to remote or difficult to access locations.
We’ll email you to confirm your order, when we start the manufacturing process, when your order arrives in the UK, and when it is dispatched to your address. When we hand the order over to the delivery company we’ll send you a link where you can track its progress to your address.
For bespoke worktops, it will usually take two to three weeks (and will always be worth the wait!). Standard sized worktops are delivered in 3 working days, though for some places, like Cornwall and the Scottish highlands, might take an extra day.
Deliveries will take place Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm and you’ll be offered three different delivery days to choose from. We’ll send you a reminder text the evening before. On the day, our delivery person will call before 9am to confirm the delivery.
It’s your right and responsibility to check the product before you sign the delivery form. If there’s a problem, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order reference number. We’ll talk you through what to do and let you know about a replacement or refund.
If you aren’t there, the delivery person will leave a card at the premises and return the products to our warehouse. Call the number as soon as possible to rearrange delivery— if the delivery person is still in the area they may be able to come back immediately.
