Why do I need an account?

You don’t need an account to save your styles or start a design— we’ll remember your choices on this computer. Creating an account lets you access your styles and designs from anywhere. You’ll need an account to make and track an order and to see previous orders.

Can I save my favourite styles?

Save styles you like by clicking ‘save’ beneath the styles you like and you can refer back to them while using our planning tool to create your perfect worktop.

How do I save designs?

You can save designs in our planning tool and come back to them later on your computer. Create an account to edit your design from anywhere.

How do I make an order?

Click “Get started” and you’ll get through to our planning tool. After you’ve clicked through the different design stages you’ll be presented with a summary of your order and taken through to checkout. If you need help at any stage of the process, contact us at support@madetofit.com or on 020 7887 2191.

How do I pay?

All orders are payable through the credit or debit cards listed on the payment page. The full amount is taken on creation of the order; shipping and handling costs are included in the price.

Can I cancel an order?

Once you’ve made an order we start to manufacture your parts immediately, making it difficult to cancel or amend. If you’d like to amend, cancel, make any changes to your order, get in touch as soon as possible by emailing support@madetofit.com or calling us on 020 7887 2191.

Will I get a confirmation email?

We will email you to confirm your order, when we start the manufacturing process, when your order arrives in the UK, and when it is dispatched to your address. You can also contact us at any time to discuss your order’s progress.
